Representation of Democratic Belarus opened in Kyiv – Tsikhanouskaya

A representative office of democratic Belarus has opened in Kyiv, which is intended to be an important step toward cooperation between democratic Belarus and Ukraine. This was reported on the X social network by Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, the head of the United Transitional Cabinet of the Belarusian democratic opposition, according to UNN. 

Yesterday in Kyiv, we officially opened the Mission of Democratic Belarus in Ukraine. This is an important step toward stronger, more systemic cooperation between democratic Belarus and Ukraine, 

She thanked Ukrainian officials, particularly Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yevhen Perebyinis, for joining, as well as everyone who helped make this Mission possible.

We must do more to support Ukraine: politically, informationally, through cooperation with Ukrainian institutions, standing shoulder to shoulder with Belarusian volunteers and fighters, and by supporting Belarusians living in Ukraine. This mission will make our work more consistent and visible. It will become a platform for dialogue, practical cooperation, and support. It will help Ukrainians know who to work with, and Belarusians in Ukraine know where to turn,
