The Halmeu - Diakove checkpoint on the border with Romania is temporarily closed. Resumption of traffic for vehicles and citizens is expected after 14:00.
At the border of Ukraine with Romania, processing at the "Halmeu - Diakove" checkpoint has been temporarily suspended, the State Border Guard Service reported on Wednesday, UNN writes.

"According to information from the Romanian side, processing operations for citizens and vehicles have been temporarily suspended at the 'Halmeu - Diakove' checkpoint," the report says.
The resumption of the checkpoint's operations is tentatively expected at 14:00.
Travelers are urged to take this information into account when planning trips abroad and, if possible, to choose alternative routes for the time being.
