Odesa region leads Ukraine's regions in terms of spring crops sown

Odesa region is the leader among Ukrainian regions in terms of spring crops, with 43,000 hectares planted, including wheat, barley, peas and oats.

Ukraine planted 128.1 thou hectares of grain and pulses. Most of the crops were sown in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions. This was reported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, according to UNN.
It is noted that as of March 14, 128.1 thousand hectares of grain and legumes were sown in Ukraine.
Among other areas, the following indicators are known:
- Ternopil region - 2.6 thousand hectares of wheat, 10.4 thousand hectares of barley and 1 thousand hectares of peas;
- Dnipropetrovska oblast - 2.3 thou hectares of wheat, 4.9 thou hectares of barley and 1.69 thou hectares of peas;
- Vinnytsia region - 2.8 thousand hectares of wheat, 2.3 thousand hectares of barley and 2 thousand hectares of peas;
- Khmelnytsky region - 0.6 thou hectares of wheat, 2.8 thou hectares of barley, 0.2 thou hectares of peas and 0.4 thou hectares of oats.
