NBU Exchange Rates for June 16: Euro Exceeds 52 Hryvnia Mark for the First Time

The National Bank has set the dollar rate at 44.82 UAH, while the euro has risen to 52.04 UAH. On the interbank market, the US currency is trading within the range of 44.82-44.85 UAH.
As of Tuesday, June 16, the National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate at 44.82 hryvnias per dollar. The official rate on Monday was 44.81 hryvnias per dollar. The official exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro will be 52.04. This is reported by UNN with reference to NBU data.
Details
The official dollar exchange rate is: 44.8177 UAH (+1 kop.) per dollar. The NBU also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate at: 52.0378 UAH (+18 kop.) per 1 euro. The official zloty exchange rate is: 12.2590 UAH (+5 kop.) per 1 zloty.
According to data on specialized websites, as of 08:00 on Tuesday:
- in banks, the dollar is trading at a rate of 44.55-45.10 UAH, the euro at 51.70-52.30 UAH, and the zloty at 11.80-12.40 UAH;
- on the interbank market, rates are 44.82-44.85 UAH/USD and 52.07-52.09 UAH/EUR.
