French President Emmanuel Macron had a “very good discussion” with Donald Trump on the world's major crises during a 25-minute phone conversation. This was reported by Macron's office, reports UNN with reference to AP.
Macron expressed his views on the “importance” for the U.S. to reckon with the European Union, and the two leaders held talks on Ukraine and the Middle East, Macron's office said.
The French president said he is willing to continue to work with Trump on these issues and work toward peace and stability, according to his office.
