In Kyiv, a driver ran over a serviceman and fled during a document check. The police opened a criminal case, and the TCC is investigating the shooting.
A shooting occurred in Kyiv during mobilization measures. This was reported by UNN with reference to a statement from the capital's Territorial Recruitment Center and Social Support (TCC).

It is noted that a video is circulating online showing that in Kyiv, during a police stop of a car, its driver fled, damaging the vehicle, after which shots were heard.
The essence of the incident is as follows. National police officers, together with servicemen of the district TCC and SP, stopped a car to check the military registration documents of the citizen who was driving. The citizen flatly refused to comply with the lawful demands of the police and fled in the car, damaging official transport and running over a serviceman's leg.
It is indicated that the police have opened criminal proceedings against the citizen under Part 2 of Article 342 (Resistance to a representative of authority, a law enforcement officer, a state executive, a private executive, a member of a public formation for the protection of public order and the state border, or a serviceman).
Regarding the fact of the shooting, an official investigation has been launched to clarify the circumstances and motives of the shooting. The results of the investigation will be handed over to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment. According to preliminary data, the shots were fired by one of the servicemen, who was not part of the notification group, from a personal device for firing rubber bullets.
