A man in Kropyvnytskyi has been notified of suspicion for driving a military TCC officer on the hood of his car. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office, writes UNN.

According to the investigation, the incident occurred in April 2026 near a gas station in Kropyvnytskyi. During a document check as part of martial law measures, the driver refused to provide them and started driving the car.
At that moment, the serviceman was in front of the vehicle and ended up on the hood.
Despite this, the driver continued to drive through the city streets, dragging the serviceman for several blocks. Subsequently, the victim fell onto the road and sustained bodily injuries.
The man's actions are classified under Part 2 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for up to 5 years of imprisonment.
The prosecutor's office noted that sufficient evidence has been collected to issue a notice of suspicion, but according to the Constitution, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
