It is noted that the United States has made a new compromise proposal that allows for the rapid implementation of a peace agreement if it is concluded.
"The mediators will continue to work on this proposal in the coming days," the newspaper said.
According to Israeli officials, their team is returning home on Friday, and on Monday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet with U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
The publication notes that there are still several fundamental differences between Israel and Hamas, although in general the parties have managed to bring their positions closer together.
