The Finnish President stated that a European leader should address Russia. France or Great Britain, which have the means to do so, are being considered.

Finnish President Alexander Stubb announced that the "Coalition of the Willing" has come to the conclusion that at least one European leader should restore contact with the Russian Federation and start a dialogue.
