All European Union member states agree to open the first negotiating cluster within the framework of the accession process for Ukraine and Moldova to the EU. This was reported by the European Commission, according to UNN.
This refers to the start of negotiations on the fundamentals cluster, which covers issues of justice, freedom, fundamental rights, the functioning of democratic institutions, and the rule of law.
