On April 26, Ukrainian intelligence destroyed the Russian occupiers' newest radar, the Repeonik, with a drone strike.

On April 26, fighters of the Ukrainian intelligence found and destroyed with the help of a drone communications equipment and the latest enemy radar station "repeynik". About it on Sunday, April 28 reports the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, reports UNN.  

 On April 26, 2024, military reconnaissance men detected and inflicted a fire damage on the enemy's communication equipment and the latest radar station "Repeinik". The operation was carried out by the "Geese 9" group together with the DIU's active operations unit

As noted,  the Russians began to supply the portable radar "Repeinik" to the troops only in 2022. Its cost is about 10 million rubles or 100 thousand dollars. 

According to the GUR, the station served the occupiers to detect small air targets, including drones, at a distance of up to 15 kilometers and at an altitude of up to 5 kilometers.
