Ukraine's top negotiator with Russia stated that he sees progress in reaching a potential peace agreement with the Kremlin, adding that resolving the war may not take long. Although public negotiations to end Europe's bloodiest conflict since World War II have yielded few results, Kyrylo Budanov expressed optimism.
