According to the publication, on Monday morning, June 15, a brutal murder occurred in Biała Podlaska that "bore all the hallmarks of a political execution." 

"A 44-year-old citizen of Russia was shot in broad daylight at a local parking lot. Unofficially, we have managed to establish that the victim was Semyon Skrepetsky – a Russian artist, an uncompromising critic of Vladimir Putin's regime, and a political refugee," the publication writes. 

According to the publication, the incident occurred at 9:00 AM Kyiv time on Terebelska Street in a large residential area.

"The attacker approached Skrepetsky and fired a series of shots at him from close range. Despite immediate resuscitation measures taken by paramedics, the 44-year-old man's life could not be saved," the publication adds.

However, according to the publication, the killer, who is likely a citizen of Belarus, was detained near the Belarusian consulate in Biała Podlaska.
