"Absolute cynicism to ask for silence for propaganda celebrations and then deliver such strikes beforehand" - Zelenskyy on Russia's overnight attack

The Russian Federation attacked energy facilities in five regions, killing four people in the Poltava region. Zelenskyy promises a mirror response for the shelling of infrastructure.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the Russian Federation's nighttime attack, the main targets of which were energy infrastructure, pointing out that it is absolute cynicism to ask for silence to hold propaganda celebrations while launching such missile and drone strikes in all the days leading up to it, UNN reports.
Details
"At night, the Russians attacked energy infrastructure in the Poltava region. And they struck very despicably with a second missile when State Emergency Service workers were already on site extinguishing the fire. As of now, dozens of wounded are reported. Unfortunately, four people were killed, including two rescuers. These are Hero of Ukraine Viktor Kuzmenko, who had liquidated the consequences of shelling more than 50 times, and Dmytro Skryl, who had been in the State Emergency Service for over 20 years. My sincere condolences to their families and loved ones," Zelenskyy wrote on social media.
According to him, "the Russians also struck the Kharkiv region." "In the Dnipro region, they attacked critical infrastructure. Three people were wounded in the region. In Pavlohrad, power lines were damaged, leaving thousands of families without electricity. There were also strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the Kyiv region, where three people were wounded. Overall, the main targets of Russia tonight were our energy infrastructure facilities," the President continued.
Absolute cynicism is to ask for silence to hold propaganda celebrations and to launch such missile and drone strikes in all the days leading up to it. Every day Russia can cease fire, and this will stop the war and our responses. Peace is needed, and for this, real steps are required. Ukraine will act in a mirror-like manner
