
156 combat clashes in a day: Ukrainian Armed Forces restrain the enemy's offensive in several directions

During the day of March 20, 156 combat clashes took place. The greatest activity of the occupiers is in the Pokrovsk direction, where the enemy carried out 51 offensive actions.
Since the beginning of the day on March 20, there have been 156 combat clashes in the combat zone. This is reported by UNN with reference to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

It is noted that the Defense Forces are focusing their efforts on disrupting the Russian invaders' plans for an offensive and depleting their combat potential.
The enemy launched two missile and 67 air strikes, used three missiles and dropped 96 KABs. In addition, he used 1,067 kamikaze drones and carried out 4,702 shellings of populated areas and positions of our troops
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy tried 11 times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders in the direction of the settlements of Kindrashivka, Mala Shapkivka, Hlyboke and Vovchansk.
Ukrainian defenders repelled six enemy attacks in the Kupyansk direction in the areas of Pishchane, Ivanivka, Kruglyakivka, Zahryzove, as well as in the direction of Petropavlivka.
Seventeen attacks by the invaders were stopped by Ukrainian soldiers in the directions of Novy, Novomykhailivka and near Yampolivka, Kopanky, Nadiya in the Lyman direction. Five combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Siversk direction, the enemy carried out three offensive actions in the area of Bilohorivka, as well as in the directions of Verkhnokamyanske and Ivano-Dar'ivka, two battles are still ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders repelled three attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Minkivka, Stupochki and in the direction of Oleksandro-Shultyne.
In the Toretsk direction, the occupiers stormed the positions of our defenders near Dachne, Druzhba and Toretsk 24 times today. The Defense Forces are steadfastly holding back the onslaught and repelled 22 assaults, and two combat clashes are still ongoing.
The enemy is intensively attacking Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsk direction. During the day, the enemy carried out 51 offensive actions. The greatest activity of the Russian occupiers is observed in the areas of the settlements of Panteleimonivka, Oleksandropil, Zelene Pole, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Novotoretske, Promin, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirrove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Preobrazhenka and Andriivka, as well as in the directions of Muravka and Kotlyarivka. Six combat clashes are still ongoing.
According to preliminary estimates, today our soldiers eliminated 139 occupiers and wounded 106 in this direction. Three armored combat vehicles, two Supercam reconnaissance drones and one Zala, six vehicles, eight UAV control points, three motorcycles, one cannon and one enemy mortar were destroyed. A tank, a car and a UAV control point were also significantly damaged
In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian units repelled 12 attacks in the direction of Shevchenko and in the areas of Vilne Pole, Kostyantynopol and Rozliv. Three combat clashes are still ongoing.
In the Huliaipol direction, the enemy launched unguided missile strikes on Novopol and Huliaipol.
In the Orikhiv direction, Russian invaders advanced four times on the positions of our defenders in the areas of Shcherbaky and Stepove.
In the Pridniprovsky direction, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions.
In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian defenders are repelling seven attacks by the invaders, and a total of 16 combat clashes have already been recorded. The enemy launched 16 air strikes, dropping 24 guided bombs on settlements and positions of the Defense Forces. In addition, he carried out 278 artillery shellings, including four from a multiple launch rocket system.
There were no significant changes in the situation in other directions.
