138 combat engagements recorded at the front over the past day - General Staff of the AFU

Over the past day, April 30, 138 combat engagements were recorded on the front line. The occupiers launched 76 air strikes and dropped 255 guided aerial bombs. This was reported by UNN with reference to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy also used 9,499 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,304 shellings of settlements and positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. In particular, 49 shellings were carried out from multiple launch rocket systems.

In addition, the Russians launched air strikes, specifically in the areas of the settlements of Holubivka and Rudnia in the Sumy region; Tavriiske and Komyshuvakha in the Zaporizhzhia region.

According to the General Staff, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit three unmanned aerial vehicle control points, one artillery system at a firing position, 11 areas of personnel concentration, and one other important object of the occupiers.

Also destroyed were two tanks, three armored combat vehicles, 100 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, one air defense system, 1,924 unmanned aerial vehicles, 403 units of motor vehicles, and two units of special equipment.

Over the past day, the Russian occupiers lost 1,420 people. The situation in specific sectors of the front is as follows:

In the Pivnichno-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks yesterday; the occupiers carried out 80 shellings of our troops' positions and settlements, including 11 using multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy stormed the positions of Ukrainian units seven times in the areas of the settlements of Lyman, Starytsia, Vovchansk, and Okhrimivka.

In the Kupiansk direction, the aggressor attacked five times toward Kurylivka, Kindrashivka, and Novoplatonivka.

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attempts by the invaders to advance toward the settlements of Stavky, Drobysheve, Lyman, and Dibrova.

In the Sloviansk direction, during the past day, Ukrainian defenders stopped three attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of the settlements of Zakitne, Riznykivka, and Yampil.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy did not conduct active operations.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the aggressor carried out 16 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Stepanivka, Sofiivka, Illinivka, and Ivanopillia.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 26 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Myrnohrad, Muravka, Kotlyne, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Udachne, and Molodetske.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked twice in the direction of Verbove and Zlahoda.

In the Huiaipole direction, 19 attacks by the occupiers took place in the areas of Dobropillia, Staroukrainka, Varvarivka, Zaliznychne, Zelene, Tsvitkove, Olenokostiantynivka, Huiaipilske, and Charivne.

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy carried out two attacks in the direction of Pavlivka and Shcherbaky.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled five enemy assaults in the area of the Antonivka Bridge and Bilohrudyi Island.
