Explosions were heard in the city of Tokmak, Zaporizhzhya region of Ukraine.
Over the past two years of Russian occupation, Melitopol's population has grown to about 100,000 people due to an influx of Russian military, labor migrants, and other immigrants, although more than half of the original 150,000 residents have left. Ivan Fedorov noted that russia allows only 10% of Ukrainians who are trying to visit relatives to pass through, while the property of the remaining 90% is promptly confiscated.
The Russians created a unit in Zaporizhzhia similar to Smersh to identify resistance and "deal with" it. They have also started brainwashing children by creating a teenage unit called "Warrior" that spreads Russian propaganda.
