Ivan Serhiyovych Fedorov was born on August 29, 1988, in Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia Oblast. He received his higher education in "management" at Tavria State Agrotechnological University and holds a master's degree from KPI, as well as an education in public administration. He began his political career as a deputy of the Melitopol City Council, and later served as deputy mayor and a deputy of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Council. He currently holds the position of head of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Military Administration, having previously served as the Mayor of Melitopol.
