Zelenskyy confirmed a second strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery, as well as targets in the Rostov region and the temporarily occupied territories. The strikes were a response to Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed a new strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery — the second time in a week — as well as targets in the Rostov region and the temporarily occupied territories (TOT), UNN reports.
Tonight, our long-range sanctions reached the Moscow region again: for the second time in a week, the Moscow Oil Refinery was hit
"Targets in the Rostov region and in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine were also hit," the President noted.
The Head of State emphasized: "A completely just response to Russian strikes on our cities and communities, and another important result of our warriors' work against facilities that support the Russian war machine." "I thank our Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine for their joint work – the SBU, SBS, SSO, GUR, and our missile brigade for their precision," he stated.
"These days, all our partners have noted the precision and effectiveness of our 'middle-strikes' and long-range sanctions. It is time to end this war, and Russia must take the necessary steps in diplomacy," Zelenskyy stressed.
As a reminder
Russia was attacked by drones on the night of June 18. Strikes on the Moscow Oil Refinery and the city of Gukovo in the Rostov region have been reported. Footage appeared online showing Ukrainian FP-1 drones over the Russian capital, which the "Pantsir" system unsuccessfully attempted to shoot down.
