Addendum

According to the explanatory memorandum, the law supplements Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Armed Forces of Ukraine" with a new paragraph, according to which, during martial law, the redeployment of military units, as well as military educational institutions, institutions and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the level of a formation is carried out by a decision of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in agreement with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

It is expected that the adoption of the draft law will help strengthen Ukraine's national security and defense, taking into account the development of the current geopolitical situation.
