The President emphasized that Ukraine seeks to maintain the state's strength in spring and summer, and also to prevent a situation in which Russia would use global instability or rising oil prices for its own benefit.
Separately, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is negotiating daily with partners on strengthening air defense. This primarily concerns finding systems to counter ballistic threats.
We are looking for anti-ballistic missiles. Most importantly, we are moving towards conditions where we can produce air defense in Ukraine and together with partners – all necessary air defense formats – systems, missiles, etc.
