Volkswagen Golf topped the ranking of the most popular used cars imported to Ukraine in March

In March, Ukrainians imported 18.3 thousand used cars, of which 58% were gasoline models. Volkswagen Golf became the market leader with 849 units.
In March, the Ukrainian car fleet was replenished with 18.3 thousand used passenger cars imported from abroad, which is 7% less than last year. This was reported by UkrAvtoprom, writes UNN.

It is noted that the largest share in this segment of the car market traditionally belonged to gasoline cars - 58% (last year they accounted for 45%). Next in popularity are diesel cars - 21% (23% in March 2025); electric vehicles - 9% (23% last year); hybrids - 8% (5% last year); cars with HBO - 4%, which corresponds to last year's figure.
The average age of used cars that switched to Ukrainian license plates in March is 10 years. The leader of the imported used car market remains the Volkswagen Golf. German cars also took the second and third positions
