Two people were killed and 18 injured as a result of the shelling. In several districts of the capital, house damage and fires were recorded due to missile debris.
Five people, including a child, were killed and 21 others were injured in a Russian attack in Kyiv. Significant destruction was recorded in several districts of the capital. This was reported by the State Emergency Service and the Kyiv city authorities, writes UNN.
Details
In the district, parked cars caught fire, and a warehouse, a tire shop, and a store were damaged.
Two people died, and six more were injured, including four paramedics and two police officers who arrived at the scene.
Podilskyi district
At one of the locations, a hit was recorded in an open area, damaging the facades of residential buildings. Two dead bodies were found under the rubble, one of them a 12-year-old child. Three more people were injured.
At another location, two hotels and adjacent buildings were damaged, and two people were injured.
Hits near residential buildings with facade destruction were also recorded – three injured.
In addition, a one-story house was partially destroyed – two people, including a child, were rescued from under the rubble.
At another address, debris hit the sixth floor of a 16-story building – 10 people were evacuated, with no casualties.
Other districts
In the Desnianskyi district, a fire broke out in a two-story residential building – no casualties.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, a hit was recorded on a playground and near a residential building, with no casualties.
