The Kyiv TCC reported that Yevhenii Shulgat was detained as a violator of military registration due to failing to undergo the MMC in a timely manner. He was sent to the commission to eliminate the cause of the violation.
The Kyiv City TCC and SP reported that journalist Yevhenii Shulhat was detained as a violator of military registration - he did not undergo the military medical commission in the prescribed manner in time, reports UNN.
On 27.07.2026, Yevhenii Shulhat was brought by representatives of the National Police to one of the RTCC and SP of the city of Kyiv as a violator of military registration. During the inspection, it was established that the said citizen did not undergo the military medical commission in the prescribed manner in time
The TCC added that in order to eliminate the cause of the offense, Shulhat was sent to undergo the MMC.
