Kyiv • UNN
The Head of the CCD of the NSDC, Andriy Kovalenko, stated that Russia has lost its influence in the world and that the collapse of the state is inevitable. At the same time, Russian dictator Putin still believes in hegemony.

Russia has lost its center of power, regardless of the existence of dreams about it or various kinds of "future scenarios." This was written on Telegram by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the NSDC of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko, reports UNN.
Details
According to him, Russia has lost this war because "defeat becomes visible even before its announcement or formalization in agreements or other measures."
The Russians' plan was clear—they wanted to seize Ukraine and saw in the project of "Slavic unity," which they had long pushed (Russia-Belarus-Ukraine), their center of power capable of collapsing the EU, scattering it into individual states that could be corruptly and economically integrated into their own and the Chinese models
As Kovalenko noted, "Russia's defeat is visible in economic figures, the capitalization of society, in GDP and investments, technologies, and influence on other countries."
Russia has lost the Caucasus, the post-Soviet space, the Middle East, and is gradually being squeezed out of Africa. Therefore, various dreams of world hegemony are not realistic
According to the head of the CCD of the NSDC, the regional role of the Russian Federation under the Putin regime is also in doubt, as the current model will lead to the disintegration and collapse of the Russian Federation in the coming decades.
Meanwhile, as Kovalenko added, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin still believes in "Kyiv in three days" and Russian hegemony, and also believes in immortality and shamans, allocating tens of billions to his eldest daughter Maria Vorontsova for an anti-aging project.
