The Ministry of Defense explained how the auto-renewal of deferments works in "Rezerv+" and when it is necessary to visit a CSC
Kyiv • UNN
The current status of the deferment is displayed in the "Rezerv+" application, and the new expiration date appears after the military registration document is updated. At the same time, auto-renewal works if the grounds for the deferment remain valid and the system can confirm this through state registries.

Most deferments from mobilization issued through the "Rezerv+" application or Administrative Service Centers (ASCs) are extended automatically without the need for re-application. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, according to UNN.
Details
The ministry explained that the current deferment status is displayed in the "Rezerv+" app, and a new expiration date appears after the military registration document is updated.
When a deferment is extended automatically
Auto-extension works if the grounds for the deferment remain valid and the system can verify this through state registers.
Currently, deferments can be automatically extended for persons with disabilities, those temporarily unfit for service, parents of three or more children, students, postgraduate students, education workers, individuals caring for relatives, single parents, and several other categories.
This also applies to military personnel released from captivity, relatives of fallen or missing defenders, and individuals who were deprived of their liberty as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine.
When it is necessary to contact an ASC
Documents must be resubmitted in two cases:
- if your category is not included in the auto-extension list;
- if the system was unable to verify the grounds in the state registers.
In such cases, it is necessary to contact an ASC to confirm the right to a deferment.
Why the system might not extend a deferment
The Ministry of Defense noted that the most common reason is outdated or incomplete data in the registers. This includes errors in full names, dates of birth, tax ID numbers, or the absence of information regarding disability or family ties.
Problems may also arise in cases of single-handedly raising a child or caring for a person with a disability if the system does not see supporting data.
What to do if the message "You are wanted by the TCC" appears
The ministry explained that such a message indicates a recorded violation of military registration rules and the submission of a request to the National Police.
At the same time, a valid deferment does not cancel responsibility for registration violations. If a person disagrees with such a status, they are advised to contact their Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TCC & SSC).
Who can apply for a deferment online
Currently, 11 types of deferments are available through "Rezerv+". In particular, for persons with disabilities, students, parents of three or more children, education workers, those temporarily unfit for service, and certain other categories.
Some categories of citizens, including guardians, adoptive parents, certain caregivers, and other individuals, can only apply for a deferment through an ASC.
