In the afternoon, on March 29, russian troops shelled Kupyansk with artillery, injuring an 87-year-old man. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation, on March 29, at about 13:35, the russian military shelled Kupiansk once again. As a result, an 87-year-old man was injured.
The administrative building and residential buildings were damaged. Earlier, the enemy attacked the city with artillery.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kupiansk District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1, Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
