According to the State Border Guard Service, Russia shelled Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions about 2,000 times in July. Artillery, drones, and aircraft were used, with Sumy and Kharkiv regions suffering the most.

The enemy fired at Chernihiv, Sumy and Kharkiv regions about two thousand times in July alone. This was reported by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, during a telethon, according to a correspondent of UNN.

In July, Russia conducted about 2,000 attacks in Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions, firing from its own territory. Most of the weapons used were artillery, but the enemy also actively uses unmanned aerial vehicles. The enemy also engages its aviation in shelling

He noted that Sumy and Kharkiv regions suffer the most from shelling. He also added that the enemy continues to conduct sabotage and reconnaissance operations, but their activity has significantly decreased.
