Some subscribers are disconnected manually. Therefore, the power may go out 15 minutes earlier or 20 minutes later than the stabilization schedule. This was reported by Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, Chairman of the Board of NPC Ukrenergo, according to Suspilne, UNN .

He noted that power outages in distribution groups cannot all occur at the same time.
"We have 17 million subscribers in our power system. And when it comes to rolling blackouts, we mean that some of these customers are disconnected manually from the power company's substation," Kudrytskyi explained.
He noted that it is technically impossible to turn off several million subscribers in one second, as it is partly a manual process. That's why the lights are sometimes turned off 15 minutes earlier or 20 minutes later.
He also said that in a couple of weeks, several units at power plants will be repaired and the electricity situation in Ukraine will improve.
