Border guards detained a man who was trying to illegally cross the Danube into Romania on an underwater scooter. According to the SBGS spokesperson, this is one of the strangest ways to cross the border in recent times.
The spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, said that the method chosen by the man to illegally cross the border, namely using an underwater scooter, was one of the strangest in his memory. This was the second time the man was detained while trying to illegally cross the border. The first time he wanted to simply cross the state border line, but he failed.
