In Kherson region , Russian troops shelled 17 settlements over the past day, hitting residential buildings and infrastructure. One person was killed and 11 others were wounded in the attacks, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, said on Monday, UNN reports.

"Due to Russian aggression, 1 person was killed and 11 others were injured," Prokudin wrote on Telegram.
According to Prokudin, Antonivka, Sadove, Chornobaivka, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Pryozerne, Veletynske, Stanislav, Shyroka Balka, Sofiyivka, Poniativka, Beryslav, Tomaryne, Dudchany, Mykhailivka, Kozatske and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes over the past day.
According to him, the Russian military hit educational institutions and a store; residential areas of the region's settlements, including a multi-storey building and 15 private houses. The occupiers also damaged gas pipelines, warehouse outbuildings, garages, private cars and public transport.
