A Russian Iskander-M missile destroyed the home of a large family near Kryvyi Rih. Six people were killed, eight more were injured, and rescuers are clearing the rubble.

In the Kryvyi Rih district, a Russian missile strike destroyed a private residential house where a large family lived. As a result of the attack, six people were killed, including two children, reported the head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul, writes UNN.

According to him, the strike was carried out with an Iskander-M ballistic missile. The victims of the attack were two girls aged 5 and 12, and four adults.

Rescuers continue to clear the rubble
A search and rescue operation is ongoing at the strike site. Rescuers are clearing the rubble of the destroyed house, as people may remain under the debris.
Local media report that only ruins remain of the house after the strike. Also, according to their information, the strike could have been carried out with a Zircon missile, but there is no official confirmation of this yet.
Oleksandr Vilkul emphasized that the death toll may rise as search operations are still ongoing.
