More than UAH 31.3 billion allocated for shelter during the war - YC

During the 1000 days of the war, UAH 31.3 billion was allocated for the construction of shelters in Ukraine, of which Kiev and the region received UAH 11.4 billion. The largest tender of UAH 297.8 million was received by uvk No. 183 Fortuna.
According to YC.Market, during the 1000 days of the war, tenders for the construction of shelters in Ukraine amounted to UAH 31.3 billion. the leaders in terms of funding were Kiev (UAH 7.2 billion) and the Kiev region (UAH 4.2 billion), which together received more than a third of the funds, writes UNN.
According to the YC system.Market, the largest amounts of the winners of public procurement tenders for "shelter" were received by enterprises from Kiev and the Kiev region.
Kiev ranks first with a volume of UAH 7.2 billion (23% of the total amount), and the Kiev region — second with UAH 4.2 billion (13%). Together, they account for more than a third of all purchases in this area.
Among other regions, the leaders were:
* Dnipropetrovsk region — almost UAH 3 billion (10%),
* Odessa region-UAH 2.2 billion (7%),
* Kharkiv region — UAH 1.9 billion (6%),
* Zaporizhia region-UAH 1.6 billion (6%),
* Lviv region-UAH 1.1 billion (4%).
The lowest volumes of winning tenders were recorded in Luhansk region (UAH 0.0002 billion / 0.0%), Transcarpathian region (UAH 0.1 billion / 0.4%), Khmelnytsky region (UAH 0.3 billion / 1%), Ternopil region (UAH 0.3 billion / 1%) and Kirovohrad region (UAH 0.4 billion / 1%).
About 13% of the total volume of such tenders was generated by ten companies.
LLC "company positive" tops the rating with contracts worth UAH 594.5 million (1.9% of the total volume). The company received most of the orders from the structures of the Melitopol City Council associated with MP Minko and Mayor Fedorov.
LLC "city construction" took the second place, winning tenders for UAH 461 million (1.5%). The company associated with ex-deputies of the party of Regions has received state contracts worth UAH 1.14 billion since 2019.
The third leader was PJSC "trust ZHILSTROY-1" with the amount of contracts of UAH 453.7 million (1.45%). The firm specializes in defense construction in the Kharkiv region, having received agreements worth UAH 1.8 billion from the regional administration.
The most expensive tender for the construction of shelters was the creation of an anti-radiation shelter in the capital'S uvk No. 183 "Fortuna" for UAH 297.8 million, which will be completed by construction city K LLC by the end of 2025.
In the Holosiivsky District of Kiev, other major tenders were received by LLC "ISK. Development" (UAH 232 million), PRJSC UKRATOMENERGOSTROY (UAH 222.7 million) and LLC "creator company" (UAH 198 million).
In Sofiyevskaya Borshchagovka, it is planned to build a school with a shelter for UAH 421.6 million (PJSC "Agrobudmekhanizatsiya" received a contract) and a kindergarten with a shelter for UAH 283.7 million (LLC "city construction").
Legal entities won 88% of tenders (UAH 27.6 billion), but fops are in the lead in terms of the number of winners, which won 53% of tenders, for a total of UAH 3.6 billion.
