More than 10 thousand consumers in five regions without electricity due to hostile shelling

Over 10,000 customers in Donetsk, Sumy, Dnipro, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhya oblasts have been cut off from power as a result of hostile shelling. Donetsk Oblast suffered the most, with 79.8 thousand customers in 135 settlements without power supply.

"More than 10,000 subscribers in Donetsk, Sumy, Dnipro, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhia regions were cut off from electricity supply as a result of hostile shelling," the Energy Ministry said.

Donetsk region

as a result of hostile shelling over the past day, 1.4 thousand subscribers in 3 settlements were cut off from electricity supply. As of the morning, 135 settlements remain without power, which is 79.8 thousand subscribers in total.

Zaporizhzhya region

As a result of hostilities, 3.7 thousand consumers in 52 settlements are left without electricity. 

Sumy region

In total, 78 settlements - 6.3 thousand consumers - remain without electricity supply as a result of the hostilities.

Kharkiv region

As of the morning, 38.4 thousand subscribers are without electricity supply as a result of hostilities.  

No details are given about Mykolaiv region.
