One of Brovary's critical infrastructure facilities has received a new powerful generator, the mayor said.
The Brovaryteplovodoenergia utility company has received a new 720 kW generator to ensure the operation of one of the city's key critical infrastructure facilities. This was announced by Brovary Mayor Ihor Sapozhko, UNN reports.
"The other day, Brovaryteplovodoenergia received a 720 kW generator under lease to ensure the operation of one of the city's important critical infrastructure facilities," Ihor Sapozhko reported .
According to him, the Brovary territorial community continues to strengthen its position on energy independence and energy substitution.

Earlier, Brovaryteplovodoenergia received a 260 kW cogeneration unit from USAID . The equipment, which will be installed at one of the company's facilities, will be a step towards increasing the community's energy independence.
According to Brovary Mayor Ihor Sapozhko, the community will soon receive two more similar units. "This will significantly strengthen the energy stability of our city and allow us to provide heat and light not only to residents, but also to maintain critical infrastructure," he said.
Solar panels have already been installed or are being installed at some of the utility's facilities, and local authorities plan to develop this area in the future.
In addition, in the Brovary community of Kyiv Oblast, some boiler houses that provide heat to important social facilities run on alternative fuels. According to Ihor Sapozhko, thanks to cooperation with international partners, solar panels were installed on the buildings of the Brovary multidisciplinary and children's hospitals.
