French President Emmanuel Macron has announced the holding of a summit of the "coalition of the willing" in Paris. This is reported by UNN with reference to the French news broadcaster BFMTV.

It is noted that Macron made his announcement after the meeting of the European Council, which took place on March 20 in Brussels.

As you know, on Thursday, the European Council confirmed its support for Ukraine. Among other things, the leaders of European countries stressed the importance of peace through strength, called on Russia to show genuine political will to end the war, mentioned the possibility of increasing pressure on Russia, and supported the Special Tribunal for the Investigation of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine within the Council of Europe.
Reminder
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy once again called on European partners not to weaken sanctions against Russia. Speaking to the European Council, he also reminded that Putin cannot be trusted, even despite diplomatic efforts to end the war.
