The Prosecutor's Office secured the return of 13,585 hectares of land worth UAH 2.2 billion. Courts have already satisfied hundreds of lawsuits regarding illegally alienated plots in the region.
In 2025, the Kyiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office filed hundreds of lawsuits for the return of illegally alienated lands. This was reported by the Kyiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office, according to UNN.
Details
In total, 550 lawsuits were filed for over UAH 1.1 billion, concerning lands with a total area of 6,548 hectares.
Courts have already satisfied 350 prosecutors' lawsuits for over UAH 1.3 billion regarding 3,397 hectares of land.
In addition, court decisions totaling UAH 2.2 billion have been actually executed. As a result, lands with a total area of 13,585 hectares have been returned to the state and prevented from illegal alienation.
The prosecutor's office notes that work in this direction continues, and the protection of the interests of the state and territorial communities remains a priority.
