Italy approves new military aid package for Ukraine - media

The Italian government has approved the tenth package of military aid to Ukraine, the details of which remain confidential. Defense Minister Guido Crozetto will present it at COPASIR. The country continues to support Kyiv in its quest for a just peace.
The Italian Cabinet of Ministers has approved the tenth package of military aid for Ukraine, reports Ansa, UNN.
According to the newspaper's sources, on Wednesday, Defense Minister Guido Crozetto will present the 10th package of Italian military aid to Ukraine at the Italian intelligence watchdog COPASIR.
It is noted that the list of materials to be sent to Kyiv is confidential, as in the case of previous events.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani told a conference of ambassadors on Monday that “Italy stands by Kyiv in the comprehensive pursuit of a just peace that cannot be a capitulation of Ukraine.
He emphasized that work is underway on “a second peace conference with the participation of Russia, as well as partners such as China, India and Brazil.
The minister recalled that during the meeting of the Group of Seven foreign ministers in Fujairah, “we reiterated the importance of supporting Ukraine's energy security and its recovery.” Tayyani went on to say that thanks to this commitment, “we are at the forefront of the recovery conference we will hold in Rome in July.”
