In Odesa on the morning of July 28, a crossover exploded, the driver was injured. Explosive technicians and investigators are working at the scene.
In Odesa, a crossover exploded while moving in the courtyard of a high-rise building, the driver was injured, reported on Tuesday by the Main Department of the National Police in Odesa region, writes UNN.
Police are establishing the circumstances of the car explosion in the Peresyp district of Odesa. The incident, which occurred today, July 28, around 8 a.m. in one of the courtyards of a high-rise building on Semen Paliy Street, was reported by the victim's wife. As a result of the explosion, the 49-year-old driver of the crossover was injured
As stated, medics examined the man on the spot.
"It has been preliminarily established that as soon as the driver started the SUV and began moving, the car exploded," the statement reads.
An investigative-operational group and police explosives technicians are working at the scene.
After clarifying all the circumstances of the incident, it will be given the appropriate legal qualification.
Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are being established.
