In the center of Kherson, a 45-year-old employee of the Kherson Regional Military Administration was killed in the morning by a Russian drone strike on a car, reported the head of the Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, on social media on Tuesday, writes UNN.

"With great sadness, I report tragic news for our entire team. This morning in Kherson, Russian terrorists killed our colleague – Anzhelika Pereverzeva. In eight days, she would have turned 46," wrote Prokudin.

She held the position of Deputy Head of the Department for Organizational Work of the Apparatus of the Kherson Regional State Administration – Head of the Organizational Department.

"Anzhelika Oleksandrivna devoted twenty-six years of her life to public service and the Kherson region. Even during the full-scale war, despite constant danger, she remained working in her native city and did not leave it," noted Prokudin. "She was an extremely brave, responsible, sincere person and a true professional, respected by colleagues and everyone who had the opportunity to work with her. My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Anzhelika Pereverzeva, her friends, colleagues, and everyone who knew her. This is a great loss for our team and for the entire Kherson region. Eternal and bright memory…"

According to data from Prokudin, over the past day in the region, Russian forces struck critical and social infrastructure; residential areas, in particular damaging 2 apartment buildings and 7 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a store and private cars. Due to Russian aggression, 22 people were injured, including 1 child.
