The Favbet Foundation, together with the Crvena Kalyna Association, organized a St. Nicholas Day celebration for Ukrainian children in Croatia. More than a hundred children took part in the entertainment program and received gift sets, UNN informs.
The children were met by an animator, creative workshops and thematic quests were prepared - collecting toys, drawing. At the end of the celebration, St. Nicholas personally came to the little participants, who brought many gifts.
The organization of the celebration for Ukrainian migrants was made possible by the Crvena Kalyna Association, which supports Ukrainian migrants in Zagreb, provides them with information and humanitarian assistance, teaches them Croatian and organizes cultural events for adults and children. Also, with the assistance of the association, humanitarian supplies are regularly delivered to Ukraine.

"Our goal is to create an environment where every child, despite the circumstances, can feel safe and supported, get the opportunity to develop and grow. This is not just help, it is a chance for the future, where every child, regardless of difficulties, will receive equal opportunities for a happy life. Due to such initiatives, we not only support cultural heritage, but also strengthen the foundations of humanity, giving hope and confidence that there is always room for light and warmth," says Marianna Kovenya, curator of Favbet Foundation projects.
