President Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated the employees of the defense-industrial complex, emphasizing that it is thanks to their daily work that Ukraine has been able to create a powerful and modern defense industry, which today already provides effective protection for the state. This is stated in Zelenskyy's address, reported by UNN.
Today is the professional day of those who multiply this strength of ours. They multiply it every day and every night, with their hands, with their minds. In the quiet of workshops and factories, so that the enemy hears it loudly. Bending over drawings and calculations, so that Ukrainian retribution is delivered to the addressee with centimeter precision. The invisible heroes of our defense. But we see the results of their work every day, and evil feels it every day. These are our Ukrainian arms manufacturers – all employees of Ukraine's defense-industrial complex. He noted that Ukrainian missiles, unmanned systems, interceptors, attack and naval drones, reconnaissance vehicles, artillery, ammunition, armored vehicles, robotic systems, and much, much more protect our skies, our cities and villages, save lives, and prove that "made in Ukraine" is synonymous with "effective and strong."
The capabilities of Ukraine's defense industry are millions of FPVs per year, these are our deep strikes, these are interceptors, millions of shells. Ukraine has its own long-range missile weapons. And not just a development, but a real force that is already working. "Flamingo" and "Ruta," "Peklo" and "Neptune," "Palyanytsia," "Vilkhа" – we can already be proud of all this, but we will certainly not stop there. These are only our initial steps. The industry will develop, and the enemy will feel it. Everyone sees the historical long-range capability of our drones – at a distance of 1750 kilometers from our border. There will be more. This is not about records, but about justice that will find evil anywhere in the world, and our "Sichen," "Lyutyi," "Morok," "Bars," "Obriy," FP – are proof of this. The future is already on the battlefield, and Ukraine is creating it. These are our ground robotic systems. For the first time in the history of this war, an enemy position was taken exclusively by unmanned platforms – GRC and drones. The occupiers surrendered, and this operation was carried out without the participation of infantry and without losses on our side. "Ratel," "Termit," "Ardal," "Rys," "Zmiy," "Protector," "Volya," and our other GRCs have already performed more than 22 thousand missions at the front in just three months. In other words, more than 22 thousand times lives have been saved – a robot went into the most dangerous zones instead of a soldier. The President emphasized that Ukraine is not only not lagging behind changes, Ukraine is among the leaders in the development of security technologies.
Our Ukrainian security experience, our military expertise – this is now the most desired commodity for dozens of countries around the world. But we are building new cooperation with partners on weapons not like in the nineties or noughties, when Ukrainian weapons and power were sold off like on Black Friday. We are not making a fair of our weapons and not emptying our warehouses, we are offering a security partnership – long-term and profitable for Ukraine. Our interceptors are already working in the Middle East and in the Gulf countries. We are creating a strong integrated air defense system from many components
