President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that he supports the vision of US President Donald Trump regarding achieving peace in Ukraine and his peace initiative. He said this during the NATO summit, reports UNN.

According to Erdogan, Ankara will continue to support Ukraine both in military and diplomatic dimensions.
In the war in Ukraine, I share President Trump's vision for peace and declare my support for his peace initiative for Ukraine. In addition to the military assistance we provide to Ukraine from our national reserves, we will also continue to contribute within the framework of the PURL initiative
He added that Turkey simultaneously uses existing communication channels with Russia to facilitate the advancement of a peaceful settlement.
