kremlin collaborators are misusing budget funds in the occupied territories, including a former university employee who embezzled money through her daughter-in-law.

Collaborators are stealing budget funds in the temporarily occupied territories. This is reported by the National Resistance Center, UNN reports.

Details

Activists from the Cyber Resistance group have released evidence of corruption involving Kremlin collaborators using budget funds in the temporarily occupied territories. Among them, Svitlana Nesterenko, a former vice-rector of the Tavria State Agrotechnological University named after Dmytro Motornyi, located in Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia region, stood out.

Nesterenko, who sided with the enemy from the beginning of the city's occupation, began searching for traitors to increase the staff at the fake university. In addition, she participated in the preliminary voting of United russia candidates in the occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region.

However, her cooperation with the aggressor did not bring her the life she had hoped for. As a result, it turned out that Nesterenko withdrew "additional" funds through her daughter-in-law, who was not even a university student.

This case also revealed a lack of funds for patriotic education of university students, as a special faculty was closed due to financial problems.

The dismissal and the criminal case against Nesterenko were the result of an internal power struggle between the fsb and GRU and their local representatives, not the fight against corruption.
