Due to the increased load on Ukrzaliznytsia's online sales system, there may be disruptions in the operation of the application and the ticket sales website. To balance demand, we are opening additional ticket offices in cities with the highest passenger traffic
According to Ukrzaliznytsia:
- In Kyiv, 27 ticket offices are currently operating: 25 at the Central Station and two additional ones at the Southern Station;
- Ticket office areas in Lviv have also been strengthened: there are now 10 ticket offices operating at the station.
"The IT team of Ukrzaliznytsia, together with partners, is working around the clock to minimize the consequences of disruptions after the restoration of systems," the company emphasized.

Recently, the systems of Ukrzaliznytsia suffered a large-scale cyberattack, the company reported on March 24, initially pointing to a technical failure in the IT system, online ticket sales for trains were suspended.
On the morning of March 27, online ticket sales for trains were restored after a large-scale cyberattack. However, since then, users have complained about disruptions to online services.
Ukrzaliznytsia explained this by a large number of simultaneous requests and indicated that it is working to stabilize the situation in order to restore functionality.
