Feta buns

Ingredients
2 bunches of beet leaves
100 g feta cheese
fresh dill
1 teaspoon of dried onion
1 teaspoon of salt
⅛ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
2 large eggs
0.5 kg pizza dough
Flour
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 ½ teaspoon of sesame seeds
Method of preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200° C. Place parchment paper in a baking dish. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add beet leaves to the pot and cook until done, 4-5 minutes. Drain the water and place under cold water. Drain excess water. Chop and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add feta, dill, dried onion, salt, pepper and 1 egg to the beet leaves
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a 43 by 40 cm rectangle on a generously floured work surface, adding more flour as needed to prevent sticking.
Step 4
Carefully spread the beet leaf mixture over the dough. Roll the dough into a tight roll, rolling away from you, and place seam down. Cut off approximately 3 cm from each end of the roll. Cut the roll into 8 equal pieces. Grease parchment paper in a baking dish with oil. Place the rolls in the mold, cut side up and evenly distributed.
Step 5
Whisk the remaining egg and 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl. Brush the top and sides of the buns with the egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake until golden brown and cooked through, 30-35 minutes (cover the buns with foil for the last 5 minutes if they brown too quickly). Let cool for 10 minutes.

Oatmeal baked with berries

Ingredients
3 large eggs
3 ½ cups of milk
¼ cup of pure maple syrup, and a little more for serving
2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
¼ cup butter, melted and cooled, divided into portions, plus a little more for greasing
4 cups of oatmeal
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of berries
½ cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted
Methods of preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200° C. Grease a 30 by 20 cm baking dish with butter. Whisk together eggs, milk, syrup, vanilla, nutmeg and 2 tablespoons melted butter in a large bowl. Add oatmeal, baking powder and salt; mix until smooth. Transfer to a baking dish; spread in an almost even layer with a spatula. Sprinkle with berries and almonds on top.
Step 2
Bake until lightly golden brown and firm in the middle, 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drizzle or grease with the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Serve with plenty of syrup.
Mocha smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup cold strong black coffee
1/2 cup of milk
1 date, pitted
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp almond oil
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 banana
ice
Method of preparation:
Step 1
Combine the ingredients in a blender. Grind until smooth, about 1 minute.
Step 2
Pour into glasses
Salmon cutlets with oatmeal

Ingredients
From 1 cup of oatmeal
2 cans of canned salmon
2 large eggs
½ cup finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
6 tablespoons of oil
Method of preparation:
Step 1
Grind the oatmeal in a food processor.
Step 2
Place salmon, oatmeal, eggs, green onions, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix with your hands until smooth. Form 8 cutlets.
Step 3
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a medium non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Place 4 salmon patties in the pan and cook until browned, 3 minutes per side. Repeat with the remaining oil and cutlets.
Toast with pomegranate and almonds

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of almond oil
2 slices of whole grain bread
3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
2 teaspoons of toasted, lightly salted pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup (optional)
Method of preparation:
Step 1
Spread 1 tablespoon of almond oil on each toast.
Step 2
