The decision was made by the Basmanny District Court of Moscow. The kid is charged with article - paragraph "b" of part 3 of article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist attack)".
Commenting on the news, the SBU head said that the decision to arrest from the Kremlin's "pocket judges" does not deserve any attention.
