CEC recognizes Denys Pyatygorets as elected MP replacing Stepan Kubiv

The CEC has recognized Denys Pyatygorets as an elected MP from "European Solidarity." He will replace Stepan Kubiv, who passed away prematurely, in the Verkhovna Rada.
The Central Election Commission has recognized Denys Pyatygorets as an elected People's Deputy of Ukraine following the death of MP Stepan Kubiv from the "European Solidarity" faction. This was reported by the CEC press service, according to UNN.

The Central Election Commission received a document from the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine certifying the early termination of the powers of People's Deputy of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv
It is noted that Stepan Kubiv was elected in the extraordinary elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine on July 21, 2019, in the nationwide multi-member constituency from the "European Solidarity" political party.
The CEC reviewed the document and recognized Denys Pyatygorets, the next candidate in line on the electoral list of the "European Solidarity" political party at No. 28, as an elected People's Deputy of Ukraine in the specified elections
To be registered as a People's Deputy, Denys Pyatygorets must submit the documents required by electoral legislation to the Commission no later than the twentieth day from the date of the official publication of the CEC decision. In turn, the CEC shall make a corresponding decision no later than the fifth day from the date of their receipt.

On May 18, Stepan Kubiv, a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the ninth convocation, passed away.
Stepan Kubiv was elected as a People's Deputy under the "European Solidarity" party list at No. 12 in the 2019 extraordinary parliamentary elections.
In 2019, Pyatygorets was No. 28 on the "European Solidarity" list.
Denys Pyatygorets was born on December 28, 1979. At the time of his candidacy, he was the Deputy Head of the Volyn Regional State Administration. He is a member of the "European Solidarity" party.
In 2012-2019, he served as a volunteer assistant to Stepan Ivakhiv, a People's Deputy of the 7th and 8th convocations of the Verkhovna Rada.
In 2017-2019, he worked as the Deputy Head of the Volyn Regional State Administration.
