Denys Pyatygorets may enter the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the party list of the "European Solidarity" political party, replacing the late Stepan Kubiv. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Central Election Commission of Ukraine.

Details

According to the CEC, Pyatygorets was born on December 28, 1979, served as deputy head of the Volyn Regional State Administration, is currently a member of the "European Solidarity" political party, resides in the city of Zaporizhzhia, has no criminal record, and was included in the electoral list under No. 28.

According to the analytical portal "Chesno", Pyatygorets was born in Zaporizhzhia and worked as a journalist for Zaporizhzhia TV channels before entering politics. In 2007, he graduated from the Zaporizhzhia Institute of State and Municipal Management. He also graduated from the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University.

From 2012 to 2013, he was a deputy of the Zaporizhzhia City Council. He is noted as one of the most frequent absentees of council meetings. Between 2012 and 2019, he served as a volunteer assistant to Stepan Ivakhiv, a People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the 7th and 8th convocations.

In 2017-2019, he worked as deputy head of the Volyn Regional State Administration. In 2019, he unsuccessfully ran for the Verkhovna Rada of the 9th convocation representing "European Solidarity" (No. 28 on the list) as a party member.
