Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's victory plan, which was presented in the last six months of US President Joe Biden's term, included bilateral cooperation on rare earth materials. Former US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said this in an interview with CNBC, UNN writes.

Blinken noted that the US has been trying to direct investment to Ukraine, including in this sector, for many months, which would be beneficial for American companies.
The former head of the State Department also criticized the subsoil agreement proposed to Ukraine by the administration of the current US President Donald Trump.
